The candidate will enter, review, verify, and process invoices and check requests to be completed for payment. Prepare and generate checks. Maintain copies of invoices necessary for files. Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries. General ledger and billing scanning. Manage Accounts Payable processes and have an active role in the firm’s billing practices. Journal entries. Respond to client inquiries regarding online payments. Assist with other accounting duties as needed, such as client payment processing, credit card reconciliation, and expense entry recording. should have at least 1+ year of Accounting experience; a basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel); strong organizational and communications skills; attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to meet deadlines, and able work in a fast-paced environment.
