Privacy Analyst

Candidate will lead and/or support aspects of client-based projects related to privacy program management, privacy operations, and regulatory response. Will work with a team of privacy analysts under the direction of Senior Privacy Program Analyst on developing and building privacy safeguards, operationalizing this safeguard program, and supporting regulatory responses related to the program. Will lead and/or support delivery of three execution workstreams: 1) Safeguard Development; 2) Program Management; 3) Audit Support. Support the development and implementation of privacy safeguards; Build safeguard documentation; Work with client internal stakeholders to conduct gap analyses on current systems and processes related to privacy safeguards and develop action plan(s) to address identified gaps. Drive execution of gap analyses action plans working with client stakeholders to develop supporting documentation from creation to completion; Develop privacy safeguards playbooks and runbooks as business requirements evolve; Develop and support change management processes to ensure documentation remains up-to-date; Drive the development of automated privacy safeguard metrics (e.g., use of dashboards, etc.); Develop and execute QA processes to ensure safeguard metrics are operating effectively; drive root cause analysis to identify issues and remediate them, as appropriate; Prepare status/progress reporting; Develop a wiki for the privacy safeguards program; Develop and deliver privacy safeguards training; Capture meeting notes and action items; Support ad-hoc requests. Track and document responses to internal and external audit requests; Develop responses to internal and external audit requests for evidence about this program and operational effectiveness of safeguards in coordination with client subject matter experts and internal stakeholders.
