Senior Manager, Employee Relations
The candidate will plays a pivotal role in driving and promoting a strong culture of positive employee relations. This highly experienced professional will lead the development of the ER team at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. of America, while collaborating with various HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to administer the day-to-day ER program. This will include the administration of HR related cases within the Ethics Line, the investigation of high-tier ER issues, managing the conflicts of interest disclosure process, the design and execution of the exit interview process, and synthesizing data from all of the above to recommend actions for improvement. Drive the development and establishment of the ER department for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. of America, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices for the function. Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of various ER programs and initiative, inclusive of conducting highly complex employee investigations and reviewing the overall accuracy and completeness of department investigations. Design and execute the employee exit interview process. Analyze feedback from employee exit interviews, determine trends and recommend appropriate actions. Monitor the performance and effectiveness of the ER program on a regular basis; collect and analyze key metrics with periodic reporting to the Senior Management Team. Increase awareness among employees of ethics and compliance related to HR policies, processes, and best practices to address resolution of ER related issues and drive a culture of positive ER. Partner with the CHRO & HR Leadership Team in developing and implementing a risk-based HR audit plan for the evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of the department’s policies and procedures and provide a road map for necessary changes. Manage the integration of ER programs with newly acquired businesses. Coordinate responses with HR Leadership, General Counsel and outside legal representatives on employment related complaints filed with state and federal agencies. Partner with Legal on the development and revision of policies and procedures as necessary. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, HR, or related field. Fully fluent in English and Spanish. A minimum of 8-10 years as an ER professional, managing and leading audit of HR policies, procedures, documents, and systems in different areas such as on-boarding, recruitment, payroll, compliance with laws and regulations, etc. Experience should include hotline program management and compliance training program design and delivery. A minimum of 5 years of experience conducting complex compliance and employee relations investigations as a primary role function. Experience establishing and/or developing an Employee Relations function highly preferred. Excellent communication (oral, written, listening, presentation and facilitation) skills are required. Demonstrated knowledge of federal/state employment laws and an excellent understanding of general HR practices, laws and regulations are required. Ability to exercise independent judgment. Strong analytical and decision making skills required. Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods for obtaining results. Demonstrated experience composing and presenting comprehensive reports inclusive of metrics, trends and recommendations to the company’s Senior Management Team on a regular basis. Experience handling privileged information with sensitivity and confidentiality.
