Duties

• Draft and prepare complex motions and appellate briefs.
• Collaborate with the team on developing legal strategies.
• Conduct detailed and complex legal research.
• Make court appearances as necessary.

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on cases.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California and/or Hawaii.
• Appellate clerkship or 3+ years of experience in appeals or complex litigation.
• Ability to draft complex appellate briefs and motions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California and/or Hawaii.
