Associate - Workers' Compensation

The candidate will file review and legal analysis of claims and causes of action. Perform extensive legal research and drafting of substantial briefs, memos, pleadings and appellate briefs. Regularly represent clients in court, at arbitrations and in depositions. Draft and respond to discovery. Retention of and collaboration with expert witnesses. Trial preparation and trial attendance. J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school is required. Should have 0-3 years’ experience in Workers' Compensation. Experience in other practice areas is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in the State of Florida, other states is a plus.
