The candidate will assist to manage mail service print queue. Operate Pitney Bowes Inserter and Postage Machines. Scan of outgoing and incoming/return mail. Keep printers stocked with paper throughout the day. Keep mail room neat and organized. Assist other staff members with manual mail service needs. Assist with special administrative team projects when needed. Assist to keep track of supply ordering for mail service team. Make service requests for mail service machines. High school diploma degree is required. Office experience is preferred.
