Tax Manager, Corporate Compliance & Transformation - Global Compliance Management Services
The candidate will do management of assigned global compliance engagements. Lead client communications and facilitate process review debriefs. Collaborate with engagement teams and clients to transition projects. Supervise escalation of engagement questions. Maintain and implement standardized contracts. Share best practice knowledge with the domestic and global compliance teams. Must have 5 years of recent tax or accounting experience; minimum three years project management experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; licensed CPA, EA, J.D., or LL.M., or completion of one of the following advanced degrees/professional designations: Master in Taxation, MBA (Master of Business Administration), CPA foreign equivalent or JD/LLM foreign equivalent, Lean Six-Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher). PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational and delegation skills. Ability to work in a national/international teaming environment, work remotely with other team members. Work self-sufficiently with appropriate oversight.
