Transactional Paralegal
Responsibilities: Preparation of documents required to form, amend, withdraw, merge, and dissolve limited liability companies, corporations, and partnerships. Assist with commercial real estate transactions and closings. Assist with preparation of business contracts and other legal documents. Prepare SEC and UCC filings. Draft and maintain corporate minutes. Perform records and legal research. Other duties as assigned to support the attorneys in fulfillment of the Firm’s mission.
