the program we will equip you with the skills necessary to build your own

As a management development program trainee, you will
launch your career in one of our retail paint stores. You will receive training in all aspects of
store management and sales including paint and associated products,
professional sales and marketing, credit and accounts receivable management,
profit and loss, and human resources management. The program includes:
one on one with an experienced store manager to learn how to manage day-to-day
classroom, and self-paced trainingThorough
orientation to the Architectural Coatings business and the leadership team
successful completion of the program you will be placed in a store manager
role. You will need to be open to
relocation to any area throughout the US.
With 900 retail store locations across North America the opportunities
Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree required.
Demonstrated leadership experience/military training will also be
considered in lieu of degree.Willingness
to work all scheduled hours which includes weekends and overtimeAuthorized
