Digital Marketing Manager
The candidate will lead and manage the daily development and maintenance of the firm's website. Access, translate and present Google analytics data for the BD team and firm leadership to demonstrate trends and engagement in the firm's marketing outreach. Lead and manage the firm's eMarketing platform, Vuture. Lead and manage the firm's presence on social media channels and our use of a content sharing platform. Lead and manage the firm's use of an Enterprise Relationship Management platform. Remain current on marketing technology trends and practices, as well as existing and new marketing technologies, recommending best in class solutions and processes to assist in developing a marketing technology strategy. Manage the marketing technology budget. Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field preferred. Experience with a law firm or other professional services organization to indicate ability to be successful in the position; ABA approved paralegal certification an asset. Comprehensive understanding and experience of WordPress, HTML and website development languages; SEO best practice knowledge a plus. Proven ability to learn and onboard new software and technology solutions. Demonstrated business process improvement skills and strong technical problem-solving skills, relying on data and information to make decisions on our website in the best interests of our audiences. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively, but also on an independent basis with limited supervision. Ability to manage time and workload effectively by planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks with (at times) changing deadlines. Candidate will possess diplomacy, enthusiasm, maturity, perseverance, a "go-getter" mentality and humility. Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level of organizational and prioritization skills. Must be comfortable leading written and verbal communication at all levels of leadership, attorneys and staff, as well as with constituencies outside of the firm (i.e. vendors, industry organizations, clients). Demonstrate an interest in the business of law, the firm's services, business development strategies, clients and prospective clients. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
