Tax Manager, Corporate Compliance & Transformation - Global Compliance Management Services
The candidate will manage of assigned global compliance engagements. Lead client communications and facilitate process review debriefs. Collaborate with engagement teams and clients to transition projects. Supervise escalation of engagement questions. Maintain and implement standardized contracts. Share best practice knowledge with the domestic and global compliance teams. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required. Should be licensed CPA, EA, J.D., or LL.M., or completion of one of the following advanced degrees/professional designations: Master in Taxation, MBA (Master of Business Administration), CPA foreign equivalent or JD/LLM foreign equivalent, Lean Six-Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher). Should have 5+ years of recent tax or accounting experience; 3+ years project management experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
