Summary:
Lead process improvement identification and implementation across compensation teams to optimize the team's business impact.
The primary focus is project management, cross-functional partnership, training, tool development, template development, documentation, standardization, and recommendations to key stakeholders for compensation process improvement.
Identify training, templates, and technologies to deliver on Tysons unique Team Member value proposition including integrated design communication and delivery of compensation plans and programs to accelerate client growth and meeting of business objectives.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver solutions that reduce compensation administrative efforts and improving the end user experience.
Serve as main point of contact for intaking problem statements and current process breaks.
Lead prioritization and execution of process improvements.
Manage resources allocated to the project team.
This role will spend time working as in integrated member of each BU compensation team to fully understand current processes and deliver tools/templates to reduce administrative effort.

Requirements:
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree required master's degree preferred.
Experience: 4 plus years of experience with advanced degree; 6 plus years with bachelor s degree. Compensation consulting experience; Project management experience with a strong record of execution; Payroll and time and attendance experience a plus but not required.
Computer Skills: Advanced Excel, Access, Alteryx, PowerPoint, Word
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts.
Special Skills: Relationship Building; Communication; Consulting; Strategic Thought Leadership; Business Impact Focus; Courage; People Leadership Empowerment and Development organizationally; project management certification a plus
Supervisory: Not initially
Travel: up to 50% travel required; While the position is primarily located in Springdale Arkansas, regular travel to Chicago and Dakota Dunes is expected
