Capital Markets Associate
The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders in connection with the negotiation of deposit account control agreements and other bank products. Candidates will assist real estate clients and/or lenders in the acquisition, development and construction financing with residential and commercial projects, including multifamily, retail and mixed-use developments. Successful candidates will also have experience in the review of leases, title, survey, entity and other due diligence matters. Candidates must have 4-6 years of mid-to-large law firm experience and should possess outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, strong organization and analytical skills. Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina (or willing to become licensed to practice law in North Carolina).
