The candidate will provide a wide range of administrative and project support to the Executive Director and the Board of Directors, as well as the Human Resources Department. Handle complex and competing calendars. Manage key dates and deadlines. Coordinate travel arrangements. Schedule Board meetings and firm-wide attorney meetings. Prepare, compile and scan/distribute relevant materials for Board’s review. Schedule internal and external meetings; coordinate all logistics and details. Arrange conference calls and video conferences. Provide phone support; act as Executive Director’s representative to independently handle calls. Point of contact for gathering attorney performance evaluations. Provide support to various compensation committees. Prepare and process expense reports for reimbursement. Document production to include employment contracts, PowerPoint presentations, etc.. Electronically file reports and documents using document management system. Upload, remove, and/or edit policies via SharePoint (Intranet portal). Should have 5+ years of executive support experience in a professional services organization.
