Duties: Lead and mentor contracts team of six. Negotiate agreements for SaaS, software and services with our hospital, EMS, fire department and governmental clients. Drive efficiency and scalability in contract operations through current tools (SFDC, Conga) and new ones, partnering closely with Sales and Finance. Assist and/or lead in M&A, governance, international and litigation matters. Negotiate other commercial agreements integral to the business (vendors, technology partners, strategic partners and resellers).
