Engagements range from studies and implementation of asset management programs to business process re-engineering and portfolio optimization. Position Summary Senior Consultant within the Asset Management Group is a senior level position responsible for leadership within the Company\u2019s Buildings and Infrastructure Consultancy Practice.This Senior Consultant position is responsible for developing and maintaining the AMG consulting practice and growing both personnel and market share in support of internal Jacobs\u2019 opportunities and external client needs in the Aviation market. The ideal candidate is a senior level individual with recognized credentials and expertise in facility and asset management consulting in the Aviation market space. This individual will have demonstrated experience and expertise in developing successful approaches to clients that are consistent with the capabilities, services, and expertise within the Jacobs\u2019 Buildings Consultancy Practice. Services may range from strategic planning through design, program and construction management and asset management advisory services.The individual\u2019s experience will include previous assignments or relationships at very senior levels within a consulting organization focused on both public and private sector clients and a demonstrated capability to identify opportunities, develop successful pursuit, and capture strategies for service types commensurate with those currently provided and envisioned by Jacobs.\u00a0Candidate will be required to demonstrate specific abilities and skills develop new business.The successful candidate will be able to develop new business opportunities. Candidates experience and demeanor will demonstrate the ability to effectively interact and build long-term relationships with selected clients and provide them the capability to represent the full breadth and depth of Jacobs.\u00a0 Qualifications B.A.\/B.S. or higher degree in architecture, engineering, construction science, finance & accounting, or related field from an accredited university Minimum 10 years related consulting experience required Experience with enterprise asset management systems and integrated work place management systems Proven and dynamic leadership capabilities Demonstrated business and personnel management abilities Ability to travel as necessary to meet project requirements Ability to pass background checks and related due diligence for security clearance Excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and be self-directed Proven ability to work within a collaborative, team environment and coordinate activities between program components This position is classified as a modified full time with hours ranging from 21-39 hours per week At Jacobs, we help prepare people for new opportunities and challenges. He has 35 years of experience in the exhibition, marketing and distribution of American independent and international cinema in the U.S. He is perhaps best known as the founding film buyer for the Angelika Film Center in New York City which under his supervision (from opening day in 1989 until 1997) became the highest grossing art cinema in the country. He was the Managing Director and Film Buyer of the Paris Theatre from 1998 to 2009. At present, he programs over 50 movie theatre screens across the country.
