## Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for providing high-quality legal services to our diverse clientele.

## Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
- Develop case strategies and arguments
- Negotiate settlements and plea agreements
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff
- Manage caseloads efficiently and effectively
- Participate in business development and client relationship management

## Practice Areas
Our firm handles a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to:
- Landlord-Tenant Law
- Family Law
- Estate Planning
- Probate
- Personal Injury

Candidates with experience in one or more of these areas are encouraged to apply.

## Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office work
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
- Experience with MacOS and iOS (strongly preferred)
