The candidate will join International Economic Law — ideally (though not necessarily) with an ability and interest in teaching contracts, property or procedure subject area. Should demonstrate excellence in scholarship and teaching or the potential for such excellence. Also contribute to mentoring students, including those from underrepresented backgrounds, participate in outreach, and contribute to College and university service. Help to develop innovative approaches to enhancing student engagement, increasing diversity and expanding collaborations with community and business partners. Must be engaged with multiple communities, interested in working across disciplines, and thus prepared to serve the needs of its increasingly diverse and global student body. Candidates poised in teaching and scholarship to respond to structural changes to legal education and the legal market are of particular interest. Should have JD degree or equivalent.
