The candidate will interface with colleagues across offices and practice groups and spend time on telephone and video calls with clients. Independently produce client-ready documents and will work with others on complex transactions. JD from an accredited university is required. Should have 3-4 years of experience. Should have law firm experience representing clients with debt and equity financing and other business transactions. Experience in debt financing, equity financing, equity compensation, M&A and securities are needed. Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to understand how a project serves clients goals are needed. A commitment to client service and team success is required. Should have the ability to communicate business goals into contract language.
