Duties

• Provide litigation defense for cyber insurers and major corporates.
• Engage in crisis management and regulatory data risk issues.
• Advise clients on incident response and investigations.
• Draft reports, pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Participate in mediations and trials.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of federal litigation experience.
• 2-6 years of cyber incident response work.
• Experience in proposing litigation strategy and client communication.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
