• Develop and execute a strategy for new relationship revenue growth leading to additional business

• Develop and execute strategy for same store sales revenue growth leading to the additional sales of products in existing clients

• Develop new accounts and service existing accounts

• Manage direct and indirect sales team

• Administration of regional affairs

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Prior sales management experience required

• 5-7 years automotive industry experience

• Possess a full lines insurance license preferred


• Strong focus on customer service, which includes excellent listening skills, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills

• Possess an organized approach in problem solving ability

• Must have own vehicle with a good driving record

• Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time by air or car

• Ability to handle large quantities of supplies, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
