ASP / .NET Developer 4
Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a ASP / .NET Developer 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Atlanta, GA. Where will you find innovation and technology? Right here at Northrop Grumman Corporation. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Information Systems IRS Joint Operations Center (JOC). JOC provides service, support and technology to IRS operating divisions and functional organizations relative to all phone, correspondence and electronic taxpayer inquiries Roles and Responsibilities: Acts as team-lead, builds and codes applications and/or modules using languages / scripts such as ASP, C#, HTML, SQL, MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, and EPLC, OOA/OOD, etc. Leads and supports JAD/RAD SDLC methods with tools such as Rational ClearQuest. Provides patches and upgrades to existing systems. May design graphical user interface (GUI) to meet the specific needs of users. Prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. May build add-on modules using application program language.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* 9 years experience with call centers and call center technologies.
* Will require a Minimum Background Investigation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration.
* ITIL Foundations Certification
* Relevant experience with call center support technologies (IVR, ACD, Workforce Management, Knowledge Management)* PMI(r) PMP(r) Certification This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and/or customer approval.
