As a Site Reliability Engineering Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be driving the strategy and leading the implementation of optimizations that will help not only our millions of members, but also our internal team achieve life-long well-being.

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the Site Reliability Engineering organization. Must ensure all aspects of software, hardware, or processes tied to all operational initiatives are optimized. Works with all appropriate teams to drive the creation of continuous improvement products and/or processes from design completion to implementation or release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product and/or process designs. Ensures all products and/or processes created are evaluated and have established reporting to ensure effectiveness and drive future feature delivery. Interacts with all levels of the organization to understand and deliver on needs. May also interact with external entities to SRE for additional support or consultation needs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

2 years of project leadership experience

Past technical experience (specifically familiarity with the usage of dashboards and analytics)

Advanced communication and collaboration skills (must be able to establish trust)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Must be passionate about improving SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) organization​

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or other Advanced Degree

Demonstrated ability in SRE or Operations space

Demonstrated ability tied to improving organizational effectiveness

Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

Six Sigma Certification​
