The candidate should have 3+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials, writes effectively, thinks strategically, and be admitted in Maryland. Should be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. In addition to experience in commercial development, retail and hospitality, the ideal candidate will have experience in other areas of civil litigation, such as premises liability, transportation, general liability, and/or insurance defense.
