Design and draft client estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, premarital agreements, and other estate planning documents. Represent clients in probate matters. Build relationships with clients based on trust. Negotiate and settle cases. Consult with potential clients. Business development. should have 5+ years of experience in the areas of complex domestic and international estate planning and related income tax, corporate, and personal planning for high net worth individuals and multinational families.
