Asset Management Attorney, Vice President

The candidate should have 3 years’ experience at a top law firm or in-house focused on the Advisers Act – robo investment advice and ERISA experience is a plus. This is an exciting opportunity to focus on the asset management division's new and growing managed account business. Experience with technology/IP law is also a plus given that the managed account offering utilizes a technology based platform. Act as a key attorney to provide legal, regulatory, reputational and transactional advice on the establishment, management, governance and marketing of managed account solutions in workplace and retail offerings. Daily interactions and close collaboration with the investment team and compliance. Experience negotiating and drafting contracts and detailed knowledge of the Advisers Act. Ability and desire to multitask in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
