This position is a Business Partner for Drug Product Development. Will work with the lead Business Partner to support the strategic plan and ensure value for Drug Product Development. This role also contributes and supports the digital strategy of the company and collaborates with IT Delivery to identify strategic and innovative uses of technology, leveraging enterprise platforms, emerging technology and cloud solutions to drive the Product Development portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Ensure delivery of the Drug Product Development portfolio

Engage with DPD leadership to determine strategic priorities

Partner with other IT BPs and the IT Delivery organization to drive the product development strategy

Plan and manage IT portfolio project delivery

Evaluate emerging technologies for use by DPD

Influence DPD leadership and staff to provide ongoing value

Leverage IT BP resources to provide solutions for DPD business needs

Maintain knowledge of current IT capabilities and processes to optimize delivery timelines and outcomes

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in bio-pharma related field

BS/MS in related field with IT experience, or BS/MS in IT domain with related experience

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex domain problems clearly

Ability to influence and drive DPD IT portfolio projects

Understanding of Drug Product Development processes including formulation, automation, large and small molecule analysis, modeling and simulation, drug product devices

Experience with technology for data automation, analytics, scientific workflow platforms

Knowledge of programming languages for modeling, simulation and process automation
