The candidate will provide technical sales support throughout the sales cycle to drive opportunities and revenue. Maintain regular contact with clients and monitor for opportunities for cross-selling. Explain product capabilities, limitations, and implementation requirements and describe technical tradeoffs and implementation alternatives while balancing revenue opportunities. Identify and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements while managing customer expectations. Works with the sales team and project team to put together quarterly business reviews. Works with the sales team and project team to put together year-end retrospectives and opportunities for an improved relationship. Create customized Monthly/Quarterly reporting, historical invoicing reports, and usage metrics. Facilitate conflict checks, price list maintenance, and lead annual recertification.
