Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst
Responsibilities: Perform in-depth industry and market research. Source a consistent volume of assets in target market(s) via various established channels and existing relationships, while establishing additional connections to manage pipeline. Assist with and perform property level financial models and/or underwriting related to acquisition through stabilization. Evaluate unit or portfolio acquisition opportunities. Evaluate unit or portfolio disposition opportunities. Participate in the deployment of capital via acquisition of SFRH assets identified and adhering to investment guidelines and underwriting standards. Perform compliance work on deployment execution. Track macroeconomic and market specific performance indicators within our existing and potential markets. Assist in preparation of materials and presentations to the investment committee, current and/or potential investors or lenders. Assist partners with time-sensitive, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
