Assistant Professor of Law
The candidate will teach courses in commercial law which may include, sales, and business organizations and other subjects as assigned. Will perform core responsibilities and duties of tenure-track professors as described by ABA Standard 404. Must have a J.D., Ph.D., or their equivalent in an area related to the law school curriculum, as well as a distinguished academic record. Preferred candidates will possess strong scholarly potential and a demonstrated commitment to teaching and student success. Should preferably have practice and teaching experience in fields relevant to teaching assignments; teaching experience at an ABA-approved law school.
