The candidate will have 8+ years of general real estate law experience and will have a background in all types of real estate transactional work including purchase/sale transactions and leasing. Experience with general corporate/commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and/or transactional telecommunications matters is helpful. Experience in sophisticated real estate transactions and with affordable housing is preferred. An excellent academic record, strong writing skills, and strong contract drafting skills are required.
