The candidate should have a book of business ($500K+ ideal). Should have extensive experience with corporate, M&A, and/or real estate matters. Must have proven business development skills and a desire to contribute to the growth of the practice. Should preferably have 8+ years of corporate transactional experience with either a large law firm or a sophisticated corporate boutique. Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills are essential. Must be licensed in Texas, Florida, or California.
