The candidate will join its growing community development/impact finance practice group. Will draft and negotiate operating agreements, legal opinions, and financing documents. Assist with reviewing transactional-related due diligence to support deal closings. Prior substantive knowledge of community development finance or tax credit transactions is preferred. Should have an interest in community development, impact finance, and corporate transactional work.
