Vice President, Associate General Counsel
Responsibilities: Operate as the lead legal adviser to these core brands, working closely with internal business teams and the broader legal team to achieve desired business outcomes while minimizing legal risk. Serve as single point of contact and key partner for five CEOs across Group’s portfolio to meet challenges both internal and external to the company. Manage a team of attorneys and legal professionals who provide contract support and generalist advice and counsel to the business, while coordinating with other internal functions, such as tax, litigation, intellectual property, privacy, trust & safety, government relations, etc. Draft, revise and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, marketing and production agreements, talent contracts, business growth and distribution deals, and others. Provide legal support for new product initiatives. Assist in supporting international/emerging markets business with local law compliance, user agreement updates and other expansion related issues. Work with internal counsel to establish, maintain and protect the global trademarks portfolio.
