Corporate Paralegal
The candidate will work with a team of corporate and transaction attorneys to provide support with drafting entity formation documents, dissolutions, corporate consent resolutions, contracts, correspondence and other legal documents. Some legal research may be required, and the successful candidate will assist with annual Secretary of State filings for firm clients. At least 2 years of corporate paralegal experience required. Ability to work independently and with an attention to detail required. Strong organizational skills required. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook required.
