Pest Control Apprenticeship Program
Arrow Exterminators, a pest control industry leader, is classing up its next Pest Control Apprenticeship program. This program was established to create a career path for exceptional talent to enter the pest control industry. We teach you everything! No experience needed! The goal of the program is to graduate a class of well-trained service professionals with the technical knowledge and service acumen necessary to launch a promising career in pest control. After attending a common core program, you will be placed into a specific discipline focusing on one of the following:

Residential pest control
Termite inspection
Termite treatment
Mosquito treatment & termite bait station service
Outside sales
Wildlife inspection and control

Apprentices benefit from experiencing virtual classrooms and one-on-one training. They will have full exposure to Arrow's family culture and learn what differentiates us in the industry. You are likely to form friendships and camaraderie with fellow apprentices, mentors, and instructors that you will carry forward into your new career.

Program Details

4 weeks of PAID blended virtual classroom and hands-on training
2 weeks of virtual training based out of the Starkey Thomas National Training Center in Woodstock, GA.
2 weeks on-the-job mentor training at various Arrow Exterminators Service Centers near your home.
Apprentices attend Monday thru Friday
Successful graduates will interview for a position with Arrow Exterminators as a Pest Control Service Professional in the local market
Graduates will also be on a career track for future promotions after graduation in:

Sales
Leadership\/Management
Corporate Support

How to know if this is for you:

NO previous pest control experience required
You are fascinated by science and bugs
You enjoy the challenge of mastering new skills and technologies
You enjoy working outdoors
You enjoy solving problems and providing WOW! Moments for customers
You have mechanical aptitude
You are goal-driven, an independent self-starter, and naturally demonstrate your integrity and character at work
You have 1-5 years' experience interacting with customers in a service or sales environment
You have reliable internet connection
You have a valid Driver's license with less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
You are willing to participate in our Drug-Free Workplace Program
You are able to pass a required background check once a job offer is extended
