Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the investigation and resolution of customer product claims. The TM will work closely with the services centers interview claimants and review documents pertinent to the claims. As part of the investigation process this position will use Accounts Receivable Billing Sales Traffic Material Handling and QA to resolve claims. This position may also assist in the claims reporting process.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 plus years’ experience.
Computer skills: Basic computer skills; minimum of 25 WPM with MS Office application Word Excel preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional phone skills are a must.
Special Skills: Must be highly motivated and detailed oriented with the willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
