Duane Morris LLP has an opening in its Philadelphia office for a senior associate or counsel to join its strong and growing 190 plus lawyer Corporate Practice Group. Candidates must have first-hand experience in drafting and reviewing venture capital investment documents, commercial contracts, confidentiality, consulting, material transfer, master services license, clinical trial and research agreements, ideally with knowledge/background in the life science sector. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of legal industry experience with a background in DE and PA corporate laws. Prospective candidates will be able to work independently, engender client confidence and thrive in a creative, entrepreneurial and collegial environment. Strong academics and excellent writing skills (law review or journal preferred). PA bar required or ability to waive in. EOE/AA/M/F/D/V. (Hybrid schedule
