You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our System Architecture team helps build customisable specific system solutions that enhance PwC’s system capabilities to appropriately serve all client needs. As part of the team, you’ll use enterprise architecture across application areas to build delivery models that map PwC capabilities to business needs outlined by clients.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation, while coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;

Developing and engaging team members to grow the collective experience delivering technology solutions that enable business processes from lead-to-cash;

Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, while collaborating effectively across teams and multiple projects and initiatives in different phases simultaneously;

Solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation of multiple customized applications, delivering Enterprise platforms, and designing/developing platform based applications that meet business needs;

Understanding underlying business problems, while developing and delivering Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the identified issues, to include: Understanding the end-to-end Salesforce platform and the various business functions within the organization and how the technology will help streamline organizational needs;

Demonstrating, defining, and delivering scalable business architecture and integrated solutions involving different Salesforce clouds;

Understanding of integrations with third party systems through a variety integration patterns and products (Mulesoft, Informatica, etc) and Salesforce capabilities;

Demonstrating a broad understanding of enterprise applications to which Salesforce is commonly integrated to enable an end-to-end ecosystem for enterprise customers (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Eloqua, and related cloud and/or on premise ERP business applications);

Conducting industry, market, competitive and value chain analysis;

Developing business cases and understanding underlying ROI;

Performing capability gap analyses and other-related customer-facing capabilities;

Developing customer centric operating models;

Driving strategic change into client organization;

Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management;

Leveraging industry knowledge and analytical skills, especially as it relates to project management and facilitation;

Leading and/or facilitating teams and develop client proposals, leveraging extensive business development and relationship management acumen;

Identifying and addressing stakeholder needs such as developing and sustaining stakeholder relationships using networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills to identify potential new service opportunities;

Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials, and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection;

Leveraging business transformation skills with a track record of successful change enablement with quantifiable results;

Utilizing analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks;

Guiding the business POs on value stories, defects, and support requests, that are technical in nature

Supporting business POs and tech POs on special projects and special requests;

Overseeing cross platform Value Stories with impact to R&I functionality; and,

Providing guidance to the Technical Analysts team regarding implementation approaches, defect remediation and general support.
