Litigation Attorney

The candidate should have at least 2-4 years of litigation experience. This would include the preparation of pleadings and discovery associated with litigation, taking and defending depositions, and handling court proceedings. While all litigation experience will be given consideration, familiarity with property coverage practice and/or liability defense practice will be a plus. Admission to the Alabama Bar is a plus for one position. Excellent academic credentials are required.
