Legal Intake Specialist
The candidate will set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload. Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases. Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard. Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files. Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency. Assist clients by resolving their objections, such as budget, timing, shopping around, etc., and helping to get their "yes" to the help they really want. You must be capable of having this conversation in English or Spanish. Follow up with the sales leads consistently and compassionately to move them through the decision-making process. Nurture relationships with clients. Assist clients with hiring the firm for legal services after their meeting with the attorney. High school diploma or equivalent experience is needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired. Previous legal experience is a plus. CRM and case management software experience is a plus. Spanish skills are required.
