Job Overview: A law firm in San Diego, CA, is seeking an Associate Attorney to work with the Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Regulatory practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of regulatory experience, with a focus on advising life sciences and healthcare clients on various healthcare regulatory issues, particularly FDA regulations and compliance. A technical background or a Master's in Public Health (or a similar field) is preferred. The successful candidate should possess exceptional academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Job Details:

• Work with the Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Regulatory practice.
• Advise life sciences and healthcare clients on a wide range of healthcare regulatory issues, with a strong emphasis on FDA regulations and compliance.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of regulatory experience, with a specialization in healthcare regulatory matters.
• A technical background or a Master's in Public Health (or a related field) is preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
• Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar (or eligibility to be admitted).

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance in the healthcare and life sciences industries.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide strategic legal counsel to clients.
• Proficient in legal writing and research.
