Civil Rights Specialist-EO
Responsibilities: Conducts interviews, evaluates and analyzes collected information, makes findings consistent with applicable EEO policies and anti-discrimination laws, and thoroughly documents the investigative process with an investigative report. Assists with investigating discrimination charges filed with the state and federal administrative agencies. Consults with employees/managers regarding work-related issues, to determine if concerns are EEO related. Assists in developing and implementing the EEO/Affirmative Action Plan and overseeing plan compliance. Assists with federally required EEO-4 and other reports as needed. Assists with EEO education and training programs. All job-related duties as assigned.
