The Senior Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Senior Product Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Product Manager will be focused on IVR features within the CECP Voice Program. They will lead all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. This individual will begin to influence department strategy. They will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components. Work is performed without direction. This individual exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Core business hours align to Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Experience in managing and gathering requirements from stakeholders
Ability to effectively break down barriers to maintain progress on initiatives
Must have ability to support after-hours releases based on business need (average of 1 per month)
Work at Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) for optimal performance of is required
Contact center design experience related to telephony
Experience in working with Agile / Scrum work environment as a Product Owner: writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptance
Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira Align
Experience with Microsoft Visio
Diplomatic with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Healthcare insurance industry experience
