The Recruiter is responsible for utilizing best practices for attracting, sourcing and screening applicants for the recruitment and staffing of the business units within Conifer Revenue Cycle Services while providing excellent customer service to hiring managers and candidates. Also responsible for partnering with Human Resource Directors or other team members to identify and implement innovative recruitment and staffing strategies, utilize creative sourcing techniques to include Internet, networking, job fairs, referrals and other creative sourcing methods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in making a hire, including assuring references, drug screen and background checks are completed on all candidates who have accepted positions
Develops and tracks an effective pipeline of candidates and manage candidate flow throughout process.
Identify when there is a need to execute appropriate sourcing strategies defined by the business need, to include all internal and external resources available.
Establishes, cultivates and maintains solid working relationships with hiring managers, external relationships and other internal recruiting partners
Provides Taleo, People Answers and other technical training for hiring managers as needed. Manage multiple site recruiting efforts. Assist management with annual workforce planning and forecasting. Understands business drivers and identifies required competencies for recruitment of top talent.','!*!KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

Demonstrated creativity and success in executing recruitment strategies
Proficiency in marketing/sourcing techniques to include: cold calling, networking, advanced internet searches, using search agents, Boolean search techniques, alumni associations/college, non-traditional media, etc.
Knowledgeable in various employment laws and compliance issues
Strong problem solving and negotiating skills; reaches out and operates as a team player
Strong leadership, ability to influence and persuade - sales skills
Self-starter who can work with Hiring managers and Regional HR Directors in remote offices as well as independently without close supervision
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Windows environment, specifically Excel and Word, is mandatory
Experience with Taleo, formerly Recruitsoft, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
4 year college degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field strongly preferred.
2 - 3 years of high volume recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare, financial, or call center related organization with multi-site responsibility
