Maintains cleanliness of public areas and restrooms. Cleans and wipes windows, doors, walls, meeting spaces, and decorative fixtures in public areas, rooms, and hallways, to maintain brand quality standards.
Provide support to housekeeping staff as needed and/or requested such as stripping bed linen and remaking beds, replacing bathroom amenities, providing linen, bed-pad, and pillow quality inspections, and replacing based on quality standards.
Assist with front desk requests as needed such as delivering special requests to guests' rooms, delivering luggage, providing customer service of special deliveries, and additional excellent service requests.
Retrieves items from shelves and storerooms, sets up cleaning carts with supplies, and constantly maintains carts and storerooms in a clean and orderly fashion to enhance efficiency and ease of cleaning rooms.
Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.

Pushing vacuum entire length of hallway, carrying supplies from department to assigned floor, carrying dirty linen to laundry shoot, removing room service trays and carrying dirty dishes to service area.
Bending/kneeling -dusting requires bending and kneeling to reach all areas. Room service trays are placed on floor for pick up. Bending would be required to retrieve dirty dishes.
Mobility -movement to reach all areas of responsibility to include: shelves, windows, ledges, pipes, under and around furniture.
Continuous standing -continuously standing and/or walking to accomplish all that is required for position.
Climbing stairs -approximately 40 steps 15% of 40 hour week.
Prolonged physical activity in an indoor climate-controlled environment.
Excessive heat and humidity in laundry. Inside 95% of shift.
