Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A law firm in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney with expertise in family and/or employment-based immigration matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling a variety of immigration cases, including visa petitions, naturalization, and labor certifications. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

Duties:

• Prepare and file family-based visa petitions and applications for adjustment of status and consular processing of immigrant visas.
• Handle waivers for inadmissibility grounds, including unlawful presence, criminal issues, and fraud-based grounds.
• Manage complex naturalization applications and petitions for naturalization.
• File non-immigrant visa petitions (such as E-2, E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, P, Q, R, TN) and associated port of entry packages.
• Prepare Temporary Labor Certification (H-2B) applications with the Department of Labor.
• Oversee the filing of PERM Labor Certification (EB-2, EB-3) applications with the Department of Labor.
• Prepare and file employment-based permanent residency applications (EB-1, NIW, EB-2, EB-3, Special Immigrant I-140 petitions).
• Manage consular processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications with the U.S. State Department.
• Respond to DOL audits and USCIS requests for evidence.
• Attend client interviews and hearings as needed.
• Provide oversight and guidance to support staff, ensuring effective client communication and case management.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience as an immigration attorney, specifically with family and employment-based immigration cases.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate on behalf of clients.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize work efficiently.
• Proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Team player with flexibility, an eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.

Skills:
