Talent Acquisition Manager, US

The candidate will effectively source and screen qualified attorneys to ensure minimum qualifications are satisfied. Familiarity recruiting attorneys and policy advisors on the East Coast of the US is preferred. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates by proactively utilizing innovative and effective sourcing strategies. Work in collaboration with the hiring manager on the request to clarify search specifications and position requirements. Recruits, interviews, and selects finalists to present to the hiring manager. Oversee the scheduling of interviews and travel arrangements for candidates, if necessary. Identify appropriate lawyers to interview candidates and follow-up with candidate(s) post-interview. Create and maintain an environment of equal opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the firm's inclusion and diversity strategic plan. Develop written recruiting materials that tie into our overall strategic approach for the firm's website, job fairs and other position advertising opportunities. Set strategies, design new initiatives, benchmark best practices, create policies, establish success metrics and monitor results to ensure recruiting effectively aligns with the business needs. Support firm initiatives on social media, blogs, etc. Take the lead in sourcing, preparing and distributing information working in collaboration with the firm's social media teams. Leverage social media, associations and other advertising to identify and recruit top talent into the firm. Should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of three years legal recruiting experience in the direct hiring, resourcing and, talent acquisition of lawyers and policy advisors, including partners. JD preferred but not required. The Talent Acquisition Manager must be an innovative leader who can identify recruiting strategies and set goals with measurements for improving recruiting efficiencies.
