We are looking for Java Developer with good experience in Spring, Hibernate and WebServices

Demonstrated knowledge of the following:
JSP and Servlet Development
Spring Framework
Hibernate Framework
J2EE development
Rational Tool Suite (RAD/Eclipse)
Maven, Subversion, Nexus, Hudson Tool sets
WebSphere Application Server & associated tools (WSAD)
JUNIT
Java script
XML
Strong Unix development skills (Solaris)
Other Competencies:
7 years developer or systems analyst experience
Strong, demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work out of hours when needed, including weekends and evenings
Ability to lead small team on separate components or deliverables associated with projects
