The Center of Digital and Data Excellence (CoDE) at PATH works with government ministries of health, the private sector, and donors to strengthen the use of digital technologies and data for improved health services. Our commitment at CoDE is to nurture a viable and effective enabling environment and healthy markets to advance digital transformation with health equity.

Proactively monitor and document changes in project scope and monitor risk, including developing and implementing risk monitoring and mitigation strategies, in an evolving project environment.

Develop and track detailed project plans including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution plans.

Develop and maintain project management tools including RACIs, contact lists, organizational charts, etc.

Coordinate activities with external business partners, as well as internal global team members, including supporting event planning and procurement (e.g., securing a venue for a stakeholder consultation workshop).

Work with communications staff to develop communications materials, including donor reports, success stories, slide decks, and briefing documents.

Liaise with project partner points of contact to gather and collate activity status updates. Support communication of challenges or delays to funder, in close collaboration with project director and program manager.

Ensure timely work plan updates and alignments across multiple partners and project management tools.

Guide deliverables through internal PATH review processes, ensuring review and sign-off by required PATH staff.

Collaborate with the project team to maintain positive and productive relationships with project partners.
